In the heart of Abu Rawash’s industrial zone, our company brought its vision to life through the construction and execution of the Warehouses Building and Central Chiller Plant for the Ministry of Communications—a cornerstone project supporting the operational and logistical backbone of the Smart Village with the highest efficiency.
The development spanned a substantial footprint, comprising a basement and seven floors, each with a 3,000 m² floor plate, built with a robust structural framework and a fully functional design. The project featured both interior and exterior finishes executed to the highest standards of insulation and quality.
The warehouses were equipped with professional storage racking systems designed for smooth operations and fast accessibility, while an adjacent single-story workshops building was constructed to handle equipment maintenance efficiently.
The project was crowned with the delivery of a state-of-the-art central cooling plant, featuring 300-ton chilled-water chillers that serve the entire Smart Village complex.
