In one of the largest-scale projects at the Russian University, our company undertook the execution and development of a fully integrated electromechanical system, combining advanced technology with precise implementation to deliver a smart infrastructure that meets the highest standards of modern universities.

Our works began with the enhancement of the central air-conditioning system, designed to cover the various buildings with balanced cooling efficiency, managed through digital control units connected to a centralized IT system—achieving significant energy savings. Among the project’s most distinctive accomplishments was the construction of a soundproof studio, engineered with exacting standards for noise and vibration isolation, making it fully equipped for high-quality academic broadcasting and recordings.

To optimize student and administrative experiences, we implemented a Queue Management System, enabling smooth crowd flow and streamlined procedures through an intelligent digital platform. In the field of fire protection, we integrated the FM200 system for sensitive rooms, a CO₂ suppression network for laboratories, and a traditional firefighting system comprising sprinklers, hose reels, and precision zone control units covering all critical areas.

Strengthening the technological backbone, we deployed a comprehensive low-current network, encompassing early warning alarms, surveillance, audio systems, and access control—all interconnected and managed in real time through a centralized IT Control Room.

The electrical works were executed with exceptional complexity and organization, including meticulously designed cable pathways and distribution panels, ensuring operational sustainability, ease of maintenance, and readiness for future load expansions.
