Administrative Building B15 – Egyptian Russian University
At the heart of the Egyptian Russian University, our company successfully delivered the construction and development of the Administrative Building B15, envisioned as a smart administrative hub that reflects the university’s forward-looking vision.
The project encompassed structural reinforcement and complete infrastructure upgrades to ensure high efficiency and scalability. Modern interior and exterior finishes transformed the spaces into practical, contemporary environments, while redesigned façades—using durable, high-performance materials—projected the institution’s identity.
A smart electrical network and fully integrated low-current systems were implemented, covering internet connectivity, surveillance, and access control. The project also featured stateof-the-art HVAC and drainage systems, alongside a comprehensive firefighting network designed to meet the highest safety standards.
This was not merely a renovation, but a redefinition of the administrative building concept, providing a future-ready facility that efficiently serves thousands of students and staff with unmatched quality and performance
