We began with reinforced foundations and a durable concrete structure to ensure sustainability and safety, followed by the implementation of advanced electrical systems and comprehensive mechanical installations for plumbing, ventilation, and fire protection. The project was completed with premium interior and exterior finishes, including high-quality façade cladding and color palettes that reflect sophistication.
Each residential unit was designed with meticulously detailed flooring, walls, ceilings, and lighting schemes, offering residents a holistic housing experience that embodies quality and comfort—from the foundation to the final touch.
