Construction of 2 Lecture Hall Buildings – Benha University, Obour Campus
Our company’s capabilities were exemplified in the execution of a fully integrated mechanical and electrical systems package, combining engineering precision with operational efficiency to deliver a technical infrastructure worthy of a modern academic institution.
We began with the central air-conditioning system, where duct networks and air outlets were designed in harmony with the dynamic movement of students across lecture halls and laboratories, ensuring optimal air distribution and a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year.
In terms of firefighting systems, we implemented a comprehensive setup that included fire pumps, high-precision piping networks, fire hose reel cabinets, zone control valves, and an external fire hydrant network. In addition, the facility was equipped with the advanced FM200 system to protect control rooms and sensitive electronic assets without the use of water—showcasing our expertise in deploying cutting-edge safety solutions.
On the electrical side, we executed the complete electrical infrastructure: from main and sub-distribution boards to internal and external lighting systems, low-current systems, surveillance, control, and early warning systems. Every element was delivered with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to the highest academic standards while meeting sustainability, safety, and energy efficiency requirements.
As a result, the Faculty of Engineering in Obour has been transformed into a smart, safe, and future-ready educational environment. Our precise and integrated implementation of all mechanical and electrical systems has elevated the quality of the educational experience and endowed the facility with advanced technological infrastructure that supports research, innovation, and academic development.
