Nasser Social Bank
At the new headquarters of Nasser Social Bank, our company engineered a fully integrated mechanical and electrical infrastructure designed to combine comfort, safety, and efficiency.
The mechanical works began with a high-performance HVAC system, featuring pre-insulated ducts and advanced air filters to deliver stable climate control and the quiet environment required for banking operations. This was paired with a programmable fire protection system that links automatic sprinklers to an intelligent control room capable of responding to emergencies within seconds. For critical spaces such as technical rooms and archives, FM200 fire suppression cylinders were installed, ensuring maximum protection without the use of water—safeguarding both documents and sensitive equipment.
On the electrical side, power was distributed from main switchboards through meticulously organized cable routes, serving controllable LED lighting and low-current systems that integrate surveillance, intrusion detection, and public address in a unified network. These were routed through isolated pathways to prevent interference with power circuits.
Beneath the facility, plumbing networks were executed with multilayer supply pipes and silent drainage lines channeling flows into discreet inspection chambers. These were complemented with water-saving mixers and premium sanitary fixtures finished in polished brass.
