Vertical Extension Project – Faculty of Management, Economics & Business Technology – Egyptian Russian University
As part of the continuous expansion and modernization of university facilities, our company successfully delivered the vertical extension of the Faculty of Management, Economics & Business Technology building, adding a full floor in line with the highest international standards.
The project included reinforcement of the concrete structure, along with the construction of lecture halls, laboratories, and offices built with high-quality materials designed to withstand intensive daily use. Modern façades were designed to reflect the faculty’s identity, while electrical networks were extended and seamlessly integrated with smart control systems, internet connectivity, and surveillance cameras.
On the mechanical side, the works encompassed water supply and drainage networks as well as a fully integrated, high-efficiency HVAC system.
This project stands as a testament to our commitment to creating smart educational environments that combine architectural expansion with advanced technology—serving the needs of future generations and supporting academic excellence.
